Brian Alkire
Brian Alkire is a writer and translator based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Originally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, he has studied in Ann Arbor, Berlin, and Zurich. He is the author of The Last Mask: Hamann’s Theater of the Grotesque (Zürich: diaphanes, 2021), a rereading of the work of Johann Georg Hamann through the lens of his final, unfinished work The Flying Letter.
